STATESBORO, GA | 2019 GMC 1500 SierraOctober 6, 2026This visit was supposed to be simple oil change and tire rotation. I was hesitant to come back at all, though I did anyway. I did not get a call when service was completed. When I got in my truck, the tire sensors were not reset to the current location, and blank on the screen. After driving 3 miles away, at a stoplight, the truck felt like it jumped in neutral, then back to drive. This happened multiple times through the weekend. Come to a stop, hard jerk/shift, then go. This never happened prior to, now it does. After this issue and the previous ones, I am not sure about coming back.Response from Franklin Chevrolet in the Boro
